Jamón Carving Stand

In mid-February, I traded a good friend of mine an empty parking space at my home in Barcelona for a leg of Jamón Iberico Bellota Pata Negra. Of course, this meant that I needed a carving stand in order to enjoy this glorious pillar of food porn. Thus, I got to work on concepting and building a Jamón Carving Stand in my style, using industrial materials, fit to mount upon my existing (and very full) bar cart.

I spent a Saturday measuring, cutting, drilling and building this adjustable carving stand, which has since been put to immediate use… and I could not be happier. 🤤🍗
